二、交替式高周波機器特點
1、高周波疊式自動熔斷機，PLC觸摸屏控制，方便設(shè)置參數(shù)，操作便捷；
2、上下自動交替工作，一人操作兩個工作臺省時便捷；
3、高周波熔接帶熔斷功能，本機利用組合帶刀模具或合金鋼刀，在高周波熔接程序完成后通過增壓在模具刀位直接裁斷材料，省去了熔接后在用裁斷機裁斷的錯位廢品，提高生產(chǎn)效益以及省人工成本。
4、本機配有5557 高周波火花保護系統(tǒng)，高靈敏火花保護電路，可自動切斷高周波，抑制火花；保護模具和加工物料；
5、生產(chǎn)效率高：本機采用上下雙滑臺結(jié)構(gòu)（2工位），當(dāng)上工位進入熔接加工時，下工位可同時進行放料、校位等工作，如此交替地進行，實現(xiàn)設(shè)備的連續(xù)作業(yè)。

2. Alternating High-frequency Machine Features
1. High-frequency stacked automatic fuse breaker, PLC touch screen control, easy to set parameters, easy to operate;
2, up and down automatic alternate work, one person to operate two workstations to save time and convenience;
3. High-frequency welding with fusing function. This machine uses a combined knife die or alloy steel knife to directly cut the material at the die knife position through pressurization after the completion of the high-frequency welding procedure, thus eliminating the dislocation waste products cut by the cutting machine after welding, improving production efficiency and saving labor cost.
4. This machine is equipped with 5557 high-frequency spark protection system and high-sensitivity spark protection circuit, which can automatically cut off high-frequency waves and suppress sparks; protect molds and processing materials;
5. High production efficiency: This machine adopts upper and lower double sliding table structure (2 stations). When the upper station enters welding processing, the lower station can simultaneously carry out feeding, position calibration and other work, so as to alternately realize continuous operation of the equipment.
